It is a one bedroom apartment very spacious and bright, with wooden floors, fully equipped, in a very exclusive building. The central heating and air conditioning system can be regulated individually. The apartment has got a jacuzzi and a a roomy balcony overlooking a spacious and bright patio. Amenities: the building’s terrace offers a great view of the city which reaches Recoleta Cemetry and Rio de la Plata. Here you will also find a pool (open from November 1 to April 30) and a solarium with deck, also a gym and two parrillas (barbecue). The laundry room (with two washing machines and two drying machines) is located in the basement. Building security 24 hours. The prices include a weekly maid service.

» Steps to make your RESERVATION

1. Send us an e-mail specifying the day of arrival and departure in order to check the availability of the apartment. Note that the minimum rental period is four days, and hours of check-out is before noon.
2. If the apartment is available we will send you the information necessary to make the reservation, which consists of a 20% of the total amount of the rent. The payment can be made through a bank transfer to our account or via Western Union.
3. Once this payment has been made, we will send you a confirming email with the apartment's address and we will set the check-in hour.

» RENTAL Payment and Security DEPOSIT

The day of your arrival, we will meet you at the apartment at a set time.
We will sign the rental agreement and a copy of the inventory. Once the total amount and the security deposit have been payed, you will be given the keys to the apartment. From this moment on, we will be at your complete disposal in case you need anything or have any problems during your stay.
All payments must be in cash.
The security deposit (of u$s400 to u$s550 depending on the duration of your stay) will be returned at your check-out, after checking that the apartment is in the required conditions.
Rent payment is non refundable.
