The day of your arrival, we will meet you at the apartment at a set time.
We will sign the rental agreement and a copy of the inventory. Once the total amount and the security deposit have been payed, you will be given the keys to the apartment. From this moment on, we will be at your complete disposal in case you need anything or have any problems during your stay.
All payments must be in cash.
The security deposit (of u$s400 to u$s550 depending on the duration of your stay) will be returned at your check-out, after checking that the apartment is in the required conditions.
Rent payment is non refundable.
